We are thinking pretty seriously about a move to Hope, BC. We have a few more questions for the landlord, but we are feeling really good about it.
The commute is a little longer, but not much. It's a pretty small town, but I travel often enough to hit the big stores on my way through. It's not great for my career, but I should be focusing on my kids more anyway. We would have a lot more work to do, but we'd have fresh eggs and a garden.
The rent includes a 2 bedroom house with fenced yard, a pasture and a small barn, all in pretty good shape. We would have the freedom to do what we like as far as gardening and livestock. I guess we just have to decide if we are ready or not!
